Q: Can you customize staircases from our drawings or site dimensions?
A: Yes. Send us your drawings, photos or site measurements; our engineers produce shop drawings and manufacture every staircase to your exact requirements.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Standard products take about 15-25 days; custom-designed staircases usually take 30-45 days, depending on the design, materials and order quantity.
Q: How do you ensure quality?
A: As a National High-Tech Enterprise, we apply a three-stage anti-rust treatment, use qualified steel and glass materials, and inspect every staircase at each production stage. Welding, dimensions and finish are checked against your drawings and shop drawings before shipment.
Q: Where is your factory and which ports do you ship from?
A: Our factory is in Foshan, Guangdong, China, close to Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Goods are normally shipped from Guangzhou, Shenzhen or Foshan ports.
Q: What are your main overseas markets?
A: Our staircases are shipped to clients across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Australia.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Material and finish samples can be provided; sample cost and freight are handled according to the order.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment; L/C at sight is acceptable for large orders.
Q: May I check the quality before shipping?
A: Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory, or ask your friend or a third-party inspector in China to check the quality before shipment.
