Project Overview

This all-white helical staircase was custom-built for a contemporary interior project. Its continuous rolled-plate sides and smooth painted finish form a seamless sculptural centerpiece that rises in a gentle spiral.

Design & Engineering

The staircase is built as a self-supporting steel structure with no central column, maximizing openness at the base. The double curved sides are rolled and welded on jigs to keep the geometry precise, then finished in a smooth warm-white coating that pairs with light stone flooring.

Manufacturing

Fabrication, welding, grinding and painting were completed in-house at our Foshan factories, followed by a three-stage anti-rust treatment and trial assembly before shipment.
