Project Overview

This commercial helical staircase was custom-designed and fabricated for a high-end showroom in Jiangmen, Guangdong. It serves as the visual centerpiece of the lobby, combining a black steel-plate structure with frameless glass balustrades and a circular marble base.

Design & Engineering

The staircase is built around a continuous rolled steel plate that forms both the structural stringer and the outer curb. Every tread was precision-cut and welded on jigs to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted curve, while the matte black finish contrasts with clear glass railing and polished marble flooring.

Manufacturing

All steel work was completed in our own Foshan factories, including rolling, welding, polishing and a three-stage anti-rust treatment. The complete unit was trial-assembled and numbered before shipping for quick on-site installation.
